A few upgrades were made that include a new solid state 83 and a NOS JAN 5Y3 rectifiers were installed.
A new low draw LED bulb replace the old incandescent pilot bulb.
 
Replaced the AC cord with a grounded modern version that now comes from the top of the tester rather from the little hole in the back making it much easier to remove the chassis from the case.
 
The tube chart rolls nicely from end to end.
 
Cleaned, calibrated and reglued the needle to the moving coil and is a perfect 280uA FS @ 645 ohms.
 
The 750 was made to replace the 539C & can measure Gm up to 30,000, and has voltage regulator and mA tests that both work perfect. Pictures show testing a 6L6 with a mutual conductance (Gm) of 6125 and tested perfect on this 750.

A manual and other docs, obsolete, foreign and Western Electic tube data will be included either on a DVD or PDF files via email.
