Solid wood case with new harware that include splint hinges so the top can be removed. The top of the case is oversized in height the it will close with full size socket savers on any tube tester including the 6000 series that use the tube island. 
 
All the harware can easily be removed if you would like to change the color. Very sold case and no holes have been drilled to hold the chassis in place.
